  • Oll Farrell

    Oll ‘The OG hype man’ Farrell, founded FG as there was nothing that offered what he was looking for; approachable, fun, attainable, fitness for everyone that fostered community and good vibes and so Feel Good was born!

    Originally from the UK, Oll worked in the music and events industry before moving to Vancouver for a change of pace and an outdoor lifestyle. Exercise was never a big part of his life, until arriving in Vancouver, He realised how much of a change in his mental wellbeing moving his body everyday made. His aim is to help people, once like himself, to live healthier, happier and more meaningful lives.

  • Hatem Alnojeidi

    Hatem ‘let’s get down to business’ Alnojeidi is a seasoned pro when it comes to training.

    Hatem moved to Vancouver via Saudi Arabia in 2016 to pursue a Masters of ‘Experimental Medicine’ degree at UBC. Living in BC and experiencing the true active lifestyle Vancouver is known for he discovered his passion for health & fitness

    Around Feel Good, Hatem is known for blasting the best tunes while perfecting his favourite movement, the handstand walk. Fun fact about Hatem? He’s 1 of 10 siblings! And what makes him feel good? A long run in a new city, having recently complete the Amsterdam Marathon!

    Qualifications

    BCRPA certified weight training specialist and is working on his integrated Kinetic Neurology certification.

  • Sarah Leckey

    Sarah ‘Lift, laugh & love’ Leckey, built her passion for fitness through boxing and strength and how amazing movement could make her feel, so she turned to training full time to help others find that feeling.

    Moving to Vancouver from London in summer 2023, Sarah was instantly drawn to Feel Good as a welcoming environment that could make anyone feel comfortable! She believe fitness shouldn’t be about aesthetics or what you lose, but about what you gain! How about building that confidence, hitting some goals and getting a little stronger in the process!

    Sarah feels good while punching having competed internationally as a boxer for 7 years. she also loves a box jump. Fun fact? she is 50% dumpling

  • Arnie Guieb

    Arnie ‘big ball of energy’ Guieb traded in his kitchen utensils for dumbbells so he could focus his energy on helping his clients hit their goals.

    Arnie has been strength training & boxing for over 9 years finding it the best way to deal with the daily stresses of working in professional kitchens! After dipping his toes in the water at FG he decided to commit to fitness full time. You know your sessions are going to be full of spice and sarcasm with this one!

    Arnie feels good when lifting heavy weights & running with his dog! Also can’t beat a good boxing pad session!
    Fun fact about Arnie? he regularly watches Jeopardy, so his fun fact is that he loves fun facts!
